Hiring is for a Barista in a Milk Tea Shop at SM Mall of Asia

Prepares and sells milk tea drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for milk tea and some coffee drinks

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations

Welcomes customers by determining their milk tea interests and needs.

Educates customers by presenting and explaining the milk tea drinks menu;

To engage with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner.

Maintains inventories by replenishing milk tea supply; stocking milk tea brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for milk tea bar

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading milk tea, coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks

Previous work experience as a Barista in a Milk tea shop or Waiter/Waitress is required
