About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stockman to join our team at RRJ' in Carmel Mall, Canlubang, Laguna. As a Stockman, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organised management of our retail store's stock and inventory. This full-time position is essential in supporting our store's operations and providing an excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, unpacking, and processing incoming stock deliveries
  2. Organising and maintaining the stockroom and warehouse areas to optimise storage and accessibility
  3. Accurately recording and updating inventory levels and stock movements
  4. Assisting with stock takes and conducting regular stock audits
  5. Restocking and replenishing store shelves to ensure products are always available
  6. Collaborating with the store management team to identify and resolve any stock-related issues
  7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to stock management

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail stockman or warehouse/inventory management role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills
  5. Familiarity with stock management systems and inventory control processes
  6. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
