About the company

Our mission is simple: we introduce craft and delight to everyday eating. We believe that eating well should be easy - that food can taste good, feel good, and not break the bank. We take the best ingredients and turn them into delectable meals customers can't help but eat (like a habit).

We're one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served nearly 1 M+ + meals through digital-only brands - and we're only getting started. We're on the hunt for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.

What you'll be doing:

Procurement

  • Aid in sourcing and comparing suppliers for food, packaging, and equipment.
  • Support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchasing records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to gather quotes, samples, and timelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in generating purchase orders under supervision.

Processing

  • Learn about supply chain documentation, such as receiving reports, GRNs, and delivery documents
  • schedules.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory teams to reconcile order discrepancies.
  • Assist in ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation for inbound materials.

Manufacturing

  • Understand the connection between procurement and kitchen/manufacturing operations.
  • Assist in tracking ingredient lead times and delivery accuracy to support production

  • Support initiatives that evaluate waste, spoilage, and usage to improve purchasing decisions.

What we are looking for:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Management or other related fields.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Google Suite, especially Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be willing to render for 2-3 months.
  • Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig.
