  • Ensure smooth and seamless banquet service operations from commissary dispatch
  • to event close-out.
  • Guarantee guests experience world-class, seamless, and enjoyable service.
  • Supervise banquet staff to ensure proper setup, food & beverage service, and event closing.
  • Coordinate with client, planners,operations and venue partners for flawless execution.
  • Train and monitor on-call waiters to meet Hizon's service standards
  • Lead by example in upholding service standards and company values..
  • Manage shift responsibilities and assist in delegating tasks to on-call staff.
  • Oversee equipment completeness, quality, breakages, and losses

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate.
  • At least 1-2 years work related experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Guest-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring quality, timing, and smooth operations.
  • Can start ASAP.
