What You'll Do:

Conversion & Sales Generation

  • Actively engage with customers to sell products and services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries from various platforms, including in-store, online, and social media.

  • Generate leads and increase brand awareness by executing outbound marketing strategies.

Technical Services

  • Conduct product testing and installation for customers.

  • Assemble and service desktops and other tech products.

  • Process diagnostics and warranty claims, ensuring smooth resolution of customer concerns.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Conduct cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Process stock requests and receive shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage.

  • Display products in an organized and visually appealing manner.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

  • Create engaging and informative content to educate customers on products and services.

  • Develop and post meme-based content to boost customer engagement on social media.

Administrative Duties

  • Perform basic cashiering tasks when needed, ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Senior High School and College Level

  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Retail Industry

  • Must have experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Strategic Management and Business Development

  • Attention to detail and organization skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Honest, reliable and responsible

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Must be willing to work on site inBacoor Cavite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
