Sales Secretary

Job Description:
- Support the sales team with paperwork and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients.
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and sales reports.
- Keep customer and sales records up to date.
- Help organize meetings and travel for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients about orders or deliveries.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Basic computer skills – especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good communication skills – both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly and customer-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
