Oversee the:

  • Acts and respond to client's complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and discreet demeanor, protect resident privacy.
  • Answer questions about condo rules, processes, and services, escalate complex issues to the Complex Manager or Board as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files: resident records, contracts etc.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliances with relevant privacy laws (e.g., personal information of residents).
  • Assist Annual General Membership Meeting
  • Received and process vendor invoices; obtain approval from finance department.
  • Maintain vendor contract information, service histories and performance records.
  • Rentals and amenities management; Schedule and manage reservations for common areas (lounge, party room, clubhouse, pool)
  • Maintain safety files, incident reporting and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness plans and drills.
  • Ensure handling of resident data complies with privacy laws; manage access to records and respond to information requests as required by law or policy.
  • Log, tract, and resolve resident requests (e.g., maintenance issues, amenity bookings, noise complaints) and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide courteous, timely, and accurate information about building services, rules, and procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and stationary, coordinate repairs or replacement as needed.
  • Other duties that may assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

  • College Level – roles prefer administrative or office management certification.
  • Experience: Prior experience in property management, condominium administration, hospitality, or customer service. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to details, multi-tasking, time management and professional communication.
  • Interpersonal: Customer service orientation, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Technical: Proficiency with office software and property management systems; basic accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
