1. Annotations Specialist

Help train next-generation AI models by annotating and labeling various content types, including:

Audio: dialogues, voice lines, text-to-speech (TTS), emotional tone, voice style

Video: actions, facial expressions, movements, dialog timing, context

LLM / Text: evaluating AI-generated responses, ranking model outputs, classifying content, applying style or safety rubrics

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Dayshift

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City


2. AU Recruiter

We are looking for recruiters with hands-on experience supporting roles within the New South Wales Government panel SCM0007, including sourcing processes, documentation requirements, and compliance expectations.

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City


3. Team Leader – Recruitment Operations

Live Desk Management (50%)

  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations for the Australian market
  • Support consultants in managing job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and client communication
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Maintain SLAs, quality, and compliance

Audit and Quality Oversight (50%)

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process adherence
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Generate performance, productivity, and quality reports

What We're Looking For
  • Fresh Graduates/Undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • With or without RPO experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to start immediately
