Role description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the RCM SME to document end-to-end RCM workflows such as patient registration, charge capture, billing, payments, denials, and reconciliation
  • Translate SME inputs into clear, organized use cases and process flow documentation
  • Support the preparation of BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for design and development teams
  • Maintain and update requirement documents as processes evolve during design or implementation
  • Assist in test case development and ensure alignment with documented use cases
  • Collaborate with RCM SME and client stakeholder/s during US business hours

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, finance, or technology domains
  • Familiarity with RCM, medical billing, or healthcare data concepts an advantage but not required
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Amenable to work night shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating use cases, user stories, or process documentation
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid SDLC environments
  • Understanding of end-to-end healthcare or financial workflows is an advantage
