Job Description:

The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between finance and IT, responsible for analyzing, improving, and supporting financial systems and processes. This role involves gathering business requirements, managing system configurations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting financial reporting and automation initiatives. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and deliver insights that enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document financial system requirements and workflows
  • Support implementation, testing, and maintenance of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports
  • Assist in system upgrades, user training, and process automation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, or transformation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
