About Us

Golden Roast Chicken Inc. is the proud brand owner of Jonie's Sizzlers Roast — a homegrown favorite known for great food and sizzling dining experiences. As we continue to expand and innovate, we're looking for a results-driven Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that grow sales and build brand visibility.

  • Oversee social media management, content direction, and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

  • Lead new product launches, grand store openings, and promotional events.

  • Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring ROI for every campaign.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and the Executive Team.

  • Supervise the Marketing Team, Graphic Artist, and Videographer.

  • Manage brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

  • Handle data-driven market research and trend analysis for business decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of solid marketing experience (preferably in the food and beverage industry).

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, campaign analysis, and advertising tools.

  • Creative, proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with creative teams for multimedia content is a plus.
