Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as a Vendor Debits Analyst specializing in Claims and Reconciliation. The role is responsible for managing vendor debit transactions, ensuring accuracy in claims processing, and performing reconciliations in alignment with company policies and financial controls. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with ERP or finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate vendor debit claims, ensuring compliance with contracts, agreements, and company policies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of vendor accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and internal finance teams to investigate and resolve claim variances.
  • Maintain accurate records of debit memos, claims adjustments, and reconciliation reports.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports using Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to support decision-making and audits.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in claims handling and reconciliation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims management, vendor debits, or account reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems or finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Workday).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
