We're Hiring: Audit Specialist

Are you passionate about strengthening governance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence? Join our Internal Audit team as an Audit Specialist and play a key role in delivering high-quality, risk-focused audit engagements across our hospital network.

As part of the Internal Audit Cluster, you will be responsible for conducting complete reviews of assigned audit engagements and supporting special audit projects. You'll help identify risks, evaluate controls, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance across the hospitals we support.



What You'll Do
Annual Audit Planning
  • Provide inputs for developing the organization's risk-based Annual Audit Plan.
  • Assist in the preparation of Internal Audit's Operational Plan / Balanced Scorecard.
  • Survey assigned functions to understand existing governance, risk management, and control processes.
Conduct of Audit Engagements
  • Perform audit activities professionally and in accordance with approved Audit Program Guides and internal methodologies.
  • Coordinate with functional managers to understand operations while maintaining independence.
  • Support risk and control assessments and assist in developing audit programs.
  • Comply with Internal Audit Core Principles, Code of Ethics, and the Global Internal Auditing Standards.
  • Identify key control points, risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and appraise evidence to form objective conclusions on adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
  • Recommend corrective actions and evaluate management responses.
  • Monitor audit hours and manage working budgets effectively.
  • Prepare Audit Reports and present audit results to middle management.
  • Compile and properly index audit working papers and ensure their confidentiality.
  • Conduct follow-ups and update monitoring files on remediation progress.
