Property Engineers are our in-house maintenance resource, and the "secret sauce" to speed up time-to-resolve, decrease spend per work order, and increase resident satisfaction. Due to the remote nature of our American Avenue management, our PEs are likely the only human representative of the fund that residents will ever interact with. Given their potential impact, we have a duty to ensure every PE is both hyper-capable and properly supported.

Our Property Engineer Support team is responsible for maximizing the efficiency of our team, while providing the checks and balances to ensure we are providing best-in-class experience to our residents every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Consistent Performance Evaluation of every Property Engineer:

    We are the feedback engine. We review and provide feedback on 100s of tasks / week to ensure that our Property Engineer Managers have direct visibility into the performance of their team.

  2. Daily Operations of Support

    You will roll up your sleeves and ensure operations run smoothly each and every day. You will do everything from answering PE technical questions, reviewingexpenses to managing bonus payouts, all to ensure each day the world move forward.

How do we measure success?

As a Property Engineer Support coordinator, you will be provided comprehensive dashboards that help guide where you spend your time. On the flip side, you will be responsible for critical performance indicators that we expect you to drive positively.

Basic Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in construction related fields able

  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in property management or support related field

  • Previous expertise in troubleshooting technical issues in construction or real estate projects.

  • English fluency is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex repair requests and develop effective solutions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficient in managing large amount of work from behind a computer, where big data Systems are your tool

  • Amenable to work ONSITE and on shifting schedule, weekend, holidays
