About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Polystar General Services, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the company's properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine inspections and maintenance on all property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors to complete larger-scale repairs or renovations
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenses
  • Ensuring all properties comply with relevant safety and building codes
  • Providing recommendations for improvements or upgrades to property systems
  • Responding to emergency situations and addressing issues as they arise

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or facility management
  • Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
