Are you passionate about solving problems and delivering top-notch tech support? We're on the lookout for a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing team supporting one of the world's most iconic electronics companies.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be part of a high-performing support team for one of the largest electronics companies in the world
  • Respond to and resolve incoming IT hardware infrastructure support requests from end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to IT infrastructure hardware – including networking equipment and other critical hardware components.
  • Provide first-line support, escalating complex technical issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Accurately document all support interactions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Identify issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and the end-user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree or formal qualification in Information & Communications Technology (ICT)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in any of the following:

  • Technical Support (focused on hardware, not software), OR

  • IT/Helpdesk Support for hardware infrastructure, especially networking equipment.
  • Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written – with a customer-first attitude.
  • A natural problem-solver with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
