Our Consumer Lending team is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Collections Associate.
In this role, you will handle delinquent accounts through various collection channels, process client service requests, negotiate payment arrangements, and support overall collection targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What the role will entail
• Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts through calls, letters, and SMS
• Assess and process client requests such as reversals, payment transfers, and account information updates within agreed turnaround time
• Negotiate and arrange special payment schemes with customers
• Monitor personal productivity and execute action plans aligned with team goals
• Handle other related tasks that may be assigned to support collections operations
What we're looking for
• Bachelor's/College Degree holder
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in collections is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
• Can start immediately or within 30 days
