Our Consumer Lending team is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Collections Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing collection activities on delinquent accounts while ensuring compliance with BSP and other regulatory requirements. You will handle overdue accounts through calls, letters, and SMS, process client requests such as reversals and information updates, and negotiate payment arrangements to help customers meet their obligations efficiently.

What the role will entail
  • Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts through calls, letters, and SMS
  • Process client requests such as reversals, payment transfers, and information updates within turnaround time
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions to help customers settle obligations
  • Track collection performance and implement agreed action plans
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • Preferably with experience in collections or customer service in a banking or financial setting
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
