Qualifications:

  • Willing to start ASAP.
  • Graduate of any 4 years course.
  • With experience in warehousing operations, material handling, receiving, storage, and dispatching of inventory.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and writing.
  • Flexible, team player, and willing to be trained.

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparation of all documents needed in delivery schedule with approval of CTS
  • Checking of 3pl booking and monitor all transactions from requestor.
  • Coordinate with forwarder and warehouse team for dispatch.
  • Update daily monitoring of Modern trade from endorsement up to accomplishment of delivery.
  • Checking of delivery receipt and other documents needed to pull out and deliveries.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned by the Logistic Manager.
  • Provide incident report on any losses detected / short or any incident during delivery.
