RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides fast, efficient delivery of quality reports
  • Assists the Valuation Manager in monitoring the assignments and submission of reports of the
  • ESPs including ratings
  • Assists the Valuation Manager in coordinating with other departments
  • Assists the Valuation Manager in providing technical support, trainings and seminars to other
  • departments, ESPs.
  • Recommends process enhancements to improve VCID Systems, database.
  • Performs other job related projects as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Uploads, reviews and approves reports from the ESPs.
  • Submits periodic reports on his/her production and performance
  • Submits periodic reports on the performance of the ESPs
  • Serves as resource person in trainings, seminars
  • Maintains a database of current and quality market data comparables
  • Maintains a record of all activities daily
  • Conducts inspection and appraisal, credit investigation, property audit and other property related fieldwork activities and tasks.
  • Attends department meetings and other official meetings and presentations as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
  • At least 3 (three) years experience as real estate property appraiser

  • Good oral and written communication (Filipino and English)
  • Can deal effectively with people at all levels
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality output
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • With initiative and can-do attitude

Special / Technical Skills Required

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel)
