The LOI Proposal Specialist plays a key role in our deal-making process by transforming completed valuation models into clear, compelling, and accurate LOI video proposals for partners. This position focuses exclusively on the LOI phase, ensuring that each proposal video communicates the deal structure, rationale, and terms in a concise way.

The core responsibilities include:

1) Review and Prioritize Requests - Manage and prioritize incoming requests for LOI proposal videos based on deal timelines.

2) Validate Deal Alignment - Cross-check partner preferences, key deal terms, and valuation data to ensure each LOI structure is accurate and aligned before video recording.

3) Create LOI Videos - Record daily Loom videos summarizing the deal rationale, structure options, and next steps in a professional and engaging manner.

4) Document and Track - Maintain detailed records of all LOI proposal activities, partner feedback, and revisions using the company's internal CRM.

5) Partner Communication - Respond promptly to questions or clarifications from partners or the team related to the LOI proposal videos or deal structures.

6) Continuous Improvement - Refine video presentation quality, structure clarity, and internal workflows for greater consistency and efficiency.

You Should Have:

  • 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)

  • Exposure to financial modeling or deal evaluation processes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)

  • Experience or comfort presenting deals and reviewing deal structures

  • A self-starter mindset with attention to detail and a drive for excellence

  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor
