Management and Controllership Functions

Financial Closing and Reporting

  • Handling of month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting
  • Monitoring and analysis of financial statements
  • Management of fixed assets and intangible asset accounting
  • Preparation of tax, statutory compliance and internal reports
  • Handling external audit and related engagements

Project Accounting
- Processing and review of project related disbursement (check and petty cash)
- Recognition and analysis of project revenue and cost
- Management of customer billing transactions and analytics for project related revenues
- Handling of accounting for inventories
- Implementation of project accounting operation and controls

Disbursement Accounting
- Processing and review of disbursement (non-project related)
- Reconciliation of trade and non-trade payable subsidiary ledger with general ledger
- Filling of invoices and disbursement documents
- Management of disbursement related operational and controls

Revenue and Cash Accounting
- Management of customer billing transactions and analytics (non-project)
- Handling of bank reconciliation
- Recording of investments, loans and interest earned/expense
- Management of revenue related operational and controls

Tax Management
- Preparation and filling of tax returns and other BIR requirements
- Handling compliance to local government regulations

Management of Treasury Transactions
- Preparation of payment instructions to settle treasury and payment transactions
- Preparation and filling of check vouchers
- Management of collection and cashiering functions
- Management of petty cash transactions

Preparation and Management of budgets and Financial Plans
- Budget preparation, monitoring and variance analysis

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • 7-years of experience in Finance and accounting - Supervisory to Managerial level
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
