Ace Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking an ambitious Art Director to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visually striking campaigns that captivate our clients' target audiences. This is a full-time position offering ample opportunities for creative expression and professional development within a renowned advertising agency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate closely with copywriters and account managers to develop innovative creative concepts
  2. Translate client briefs into cohesive and impactful visual designs across various media, including print, digital, and multimedia
  3. Direct photo shoots and work with illustrators, animators, and other creative specialists to bring ideas to life
  4. Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to continuously elevate the agency's creative output

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful advertising campaigns
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  6. Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition
  7. Familiarity with the latest design trends and a passion for staying ahead of the curve
