Job Summary and Description:

Summary

Responsible to deliver the products to the customers and to maintain the customer's satisfaction in daily basis.

Scope

The Rider reports to the Secretary and responsible for helping the secretary to find new customer, increasing the sales by route selling and remit the money after the delivering of the products.

Description

  • Ensure fast and efficient delivery to the customer
  • Ensure that all motorcycles are in good condition (reporting of damages, repairs)
  • Ensure that all motorcycles are clean and neat and ensuring that units handled are properly parked and placed in order
  • Handling of cash payment of customer and ensure remittance to the secretary
  • Ensure of politeness and courtesy to the customers
  • Ensure that cylinders are filled and accounted and properly documented
  • Accountable to all the repairs and damages of their respective units
  • Ensure that all cylinders are in good condition
  • Drives vehicles to transport LPG cylinder to and from specified destination such as household, commercial account, dealer and outlet
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction by ensuring that all orders are delivered to the correct address
  • Must be able to do route selling
  • Assist in stock handling
  • Observe workplace hygiene and safety and security procedures
  • Systematically distribute flyers in the target market
  • Keep track of all delivery addresses for future reference
  • Be well groom and in full uniform of all times
  • Responsible for running errand tasks for the branch as ordered by the Branch Head
  • To check with the management before leaving for the day
  • Inform the superiors of any customer complaints, dissatisfaction or disagreements with customers, no matter how small the issue may be
