About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Management Team. This role is critical in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The Audit Manager will also be expected to specialize in an industry, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Manage client relationships and provide proactive, value-driven solutions.
  • Oversee engagement profitability, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
  • Mentor and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
  • Participate in proposals, business development, and professional/community activities.
  • Travel to client sites locally and internationally as required.

Qualifications

  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional license.
  • At least 6+ years of progressive public accounting experience, including 5+ years in external audit.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing processes, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership in managing audit teams and client relationships.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
