BTDT Salesman

Duties & Responsibilities Execute route selling and distribution to all assigned traditional trade accounts (e.g., sari-sari stores, groceries, market stalls). Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by maximizing product availability and visibility in every outlet. Take and process customer orders, handle deliveries, and collect payments as required. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient loading, unloading, and product replenishment. Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and collections; submit reports on time. Implement merchandising and display standards to ensure proper product presentation. Conduct market checks and competitor monitoring to provide feedback and identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with company sales policies , including pricing, discounts, and credit guidelines. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Report customer feedback, concerns, and route issues to the Sales Supervisor promptly. Qualifications High school graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required) With experience in route selling, general trade, or FMCG distribution Knowledgeable in basic sales documentation, cash handling, and inventory management Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Physically fitand willing to do extensive fieldwork Must have a valid driver’s license (professional preferred) if assigned to drive a delivery vehicle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
