  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to facilitate process improvement initiatives.
  • Change Management: Support change management activities related to process improvements, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Assist in overcoming resistance to change and promoting a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in process analysis and improvement methodologies. Participate in professional development activities and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Agile, Project Management, DMAIC)
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Trained
  • Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools. (Visio)
  • Experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business process management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process optimization
