Job Overview: A Sales Operations Associate is a data-driven, analytical role that provides both technical and administrative support to the Sales Team. This role is essential in enabling sales success by managing CRM systems, conducting market research, generating leads, and facilitating efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will report directly to the Sales Executive.
  • Handles administrative tasks, organizes files, and supports process improvements.
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation using cold outreach (phone, email, social media)
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for sales representatives
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to support sales strategies
  • Maintain and update CRM systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and trends
  • Collaborate across functions to enhance sales operations and processes
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members and support ongoing training

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales operations, CRM management, sales support and administrative roles, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (such as Apollo and HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products or sales processes is a plus.
