Position Summary
You will join GSK Philippines as a field Medical Representative. You will build trusted, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other health care professionals to improve patient care. You will plan and grow your territory, use clear evidence to guide conversations, and work with colleagues across functions. We value people who are curious, dependable and eager to learn. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales and engagement objectives.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other health care professionals.
- Present clear, evidence-based clinical information during customer conversations.
- Capture and share customer insights to inform local plans and improve service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical solutions that create value for patients.
- Keep accurate territory records and report activities using company systems.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in field sales, medical representation or territory management.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain clinical information clearly.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain findings simply and accurately.
- Experience engaging with a broad range of health care professionals across settings.
- Comfort leading small group meetings or educational sessions.
- High learning agility and strong commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English and one or more Philippine languages or dialects.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.

Working arrangement
This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. You will spend most of your time visiting health care professionals and health care facilities.
