Position Summary
You will represent GSK in the Philippines as a Medical Representative. You will build trusted, professional relationships with health care professionals to improve patient care. You will plan and grow your territory, use evidence to inform conversations, and collaborate with colleagues across functions. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales and engagement goals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.
- Share clear, evidence-based clinical information during customer conversations.
- Capture and report customer insights to help shape local plans and improve service.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical solutions that create patient value.
- Keep accurate territory records and report activities using company systems.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain clinical information clearly.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar tools.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain findings in simple terms.
- Experience engaging with a wide range of health care professionals across settings.
- Comfort leading small group meetings or educational sessions.
- High learning agility and commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English and one or more Philippine languages or dialects.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.

Working arrangement
This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. You will spend most of your time visiting health care professionals and health care facilities.
