Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Revenue Cycle Management for Life Sciences where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel and domain skills in Patient Calling and Provider interactions. With 2 to 4 years of experience you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue processes ensuring efficient communication and contributing to the overall success of our operations. This is a night shift position based in our office with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the revenue cycle management processes to ensure efficient and accurate billing operations.
  • Provide expert support in patient calling to resolve queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that drive decision-making.
  • Coordinate with providers to streamline communication and improve service delivery.
  • Implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and minimize discrepancies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue cycle procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue processes with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all revenue cycle activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for revenue cycle procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance revenue management.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess strong communication skills for effective patient calling and provider interactions.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of revenue cycle management principles.
  • Show experience in working within the life sciences domain.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Be adaptable to changing processes and technologies.

Certifications Required
Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or equivalent certification preferred.
