Responsible for analyzing sales, market, and e-commerce data to provide business insights, while managing company documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Data Collection & Management

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from sales, trade, marketing, and e-commerce sources.
  • Maintain accurate and updated company databases.
  • Develop and manage data models and reporting systems for FMCG and e-commerce.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze sales performance, coverage, pricing, and promotions to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategy.
  • Provide sales forecasts and trend analysis for demand and inventory planning.
  • Evaluate ROI of trade promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze e-commerce orders (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, webstore, social commerce).

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
  • Present findings clearly and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports, including e-commerce updates.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Business Development and Sales to identify profitable territories, accounts, and channels (GT, MT, e-commerce).
