Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PST

Job Overview:

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the company's accounting operations across multiple entities. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data, maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supporting the month-end close process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in multi-entity accounting environments. This role also includes oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and intercompany reconciliations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

  • Reconcile and monitor clearing accounts, promptly resolving outstanding items.

  • Review and distribute employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and budgets.

  • Process contractor payments and U.S.-based payroll accurately and on schedule.

  • Manage wholesale accounts receivable in collaboration with the collections team.

  • Ensure accurate and timely sales tax filings (experience with Vertex or Avalara is an advantage).

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining a 13-week cash flow forecast.

  • Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations across entities.

  • Verify that all transactions are correctly recorded to the appropriate general ledger account, entity, location, and cost center.

  • Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions and allocations.

  • Collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and Cost Accounting teams to support accurate reporting and analysis.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

  • Hands-on experience with multi-company accounting and intercompany reconciliations in NetSuite.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with U.S. sales tax regulations.

  • Experience working with Wholesale, DTC eCommerce, and Marketplace revenue channels.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities effectively.
