About the role

Xtendops' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Iloilo Western Visayas. As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our collections department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services to our clients. This is a full-time position that will allow you to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of collections agents, providing guidance, support and mentorship to help them achieve their targets
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of collections activities with other business units
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and address operational challenges, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process within the organization

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management role, preferably within the call center or customer service industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong people management and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and use performance metrics to drive operational improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in the collections industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
