A Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves leading brand campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute brand plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Define brand positioning, key messaging, and value propositions.

2. Marketing Campaign Development

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional media, trade marketing, PR).
  • Coordinate with advertising and media agencies for campaign development.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.

3. Product & Category Management

  • Drive product development initiatives including packaging, pricing, and innovation.
  • Work with sales, supply chain, and production teams to ensure product availability and alignment with brand direction.
  • Manage product lifecycle and implement strategies for growth.

4. Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Interpret consumer insights, Nielsen/retail audit data, and internal metrics to guide decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to maintain strong market presence.
  • Prepare brand performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

5. Budget & Project Management

  • Manage brand budget effectively and ensure ROI for campaigns.
  • Oversee timelines, approvals, and execution of marketing projects.
  • Work closely with vendors, agencies, and partners.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Sales, Trade Marketing, Ecommerce, and Finance teams on brand initiatives.
  • Support sales strategies through marketing materials and promotional programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine luxury market and affluent consumer base.
  • Proven experience in luxury events, brand activations, and high-level client management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and appreciation for luxury design.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with luxury boutiques or global fashion/beauty houses (e.g., designer fashion, fine jewelry, watches, beauty, premium lifestyle).
  • Knowledge of CRM and clienteling tools used in luxury retail.
  • Background in PR, influencer marketing, or fashion styling is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
