Job Summary:

The Messenger is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, collection, and transmittal of official documents, checks, parcels, and other materials between company offices, clients, and external partners within the NCR area. The position ensures that all errands are carried out promptly, accurately, and with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver documents, checks, receipts, and other company materials to various locations within NCR.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transmittal of documents to and from the head office, branches, and clients.
  • Maintain a log or record of all deliveries and collections for tracking purposes.
  • Coordinate schedules of pick-up and delivery with concerned departments.
  • Assist in administrative or clerical tasks when in the office.
  • Handle company materials and documents with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • With previous experience as a Messenger, Liaison Officer, or Field Assistant is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby NCR routes.
  • Can communicate effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Honest, punctual, and reliable.
  • With valid driver's license (for motorcycle use preferred).
