We are looking for a Messenger to join our team. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe delivery of medical consumable products and related items as mandated by management. The position also requires proper documentation, handling of collections, and coordination with sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Driver in the delivery of medical consumable products and other related items.
  • Coordinate with Sales Personnel regarding product deliveries.
  • Ensure all undelivered items are returned properly to the stockroom and report to the concerned personnel.
  • Secure proper acknowledgment (signatures, stamps, etc.) on delivery receipts and invoices.
  • File and maintain delivery and collection documents in an organized manner.
  • Handle collection of receivables, ensuring accuracy before issuing receipts.
  • Report delinquent accounts immediately to the Immediate Superior.
  • Endorse all collected payments (cash or checks) to the Accounting Department within the day.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a messenger, helper, or driver.
  • Knowledgeable in navigating Metro Manila and nearby areas.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Can write legibly in words and numbers.
