Job Overview

The Asia Service Manager will support business teams by developing, implementing, and maintaining service management documentation. This role has a global and bank-wide scope, requiring regular interaction with international business partners—making excellent communication skills essential. The position follows a mid-shift schedule with a 50% onsite work arrangement.


Key Responsibilities

Contracting

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with service and outsourcing owners.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Act as the primary contact for contract-related queries and issues.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on contract management matters.

Service Management

  • Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Handle escalations by identifying root causes and coordinating with the right Points of Contact (POCs) for resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvements in service processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present service performance and contract compliance reports during service review meetings.
  • Support service and outsourcing owners in completing outsourcing due diligence requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in service management and contracting.
  • Proven background in contract management, service delivery, and vendor management.
  • Financial services experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and service management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and service agreements at the same time.
  • Solid experience in managing global stakeholders
