Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in inside the office. Tasks may include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.

Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use to prolong their lifespan and ensure optimal performance.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail, packages, documents, or other items to designated recipients within the organization or to external parties.

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures, delivery dates, and any special instructions or requirements.

Provide support to other departments or personnel as needed, which may include assisting with setting up meeting rooms, moving furniture, or performing other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Provide friendly and courteous service to employees, visitors, or clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.

Keeping track of cleaning supplies and consumables, ensuring an adequate stock level, and reporting any shortages or requirements to the appropriate authority.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, along with a background in messenger positions.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities.

Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks.

Effective communication skills to interact with recipients and colleagues
