Travel and Expense Analyst

We're looking for an Expense Program Administrator to support one of our global healthcare clients and ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for travel and expense tools, especially Concur
  • Provide guidance to employees on T&E inquiries and resolve system-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accuracy of expense records
  • Manage and update the corporate Purchasing Card (P-Card) program
  • Assist with monthly accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
  • Generate straightforward reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions
  • Support audits, filings, and other routine accounting tasks
  • Maintain clear documentation for process consistency and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to new projects when needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in expense program or corporate card administration
  • Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Concur (including configuration)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting practices (GL, accruals, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel and other business applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with QAD ERP
  • Knowledge of Sunshine Act reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
