Company Description

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) is the implementing arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in the Philippines. Our primary mission is to administer a comprehensive national civil defense and disaster risk reduction and management program by providing leadership in the continuous development of strategic and systematic approaches, as well as measures to reduce the vulnerabilities and risks to hazards and manage the consequences of disasters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of PRIME-HRM particularly in the Human Resource Learning and Development System;
  • Assist in the consolidation and programming of the employees' Individual Development Plan;
  • Assist in the facilitation of various technical and management trainings; preparation of concept notes, identification of particulars, procurement and other administrative requirements;
  • Drafts After Activity Report for conducted technical and management trainings; and
  • Perform other functions as may be directed.
