Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social channels, uncover business needs, recommend suitable solutions, and pass high-quality leads to the sales team. You'll be a key driver of pipeline growth, delivering meaningful insights and memorable customer experiences.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift, weekends off (Mon to Fri, 6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)
Work setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days WFO)/WFH - Megatower, Ortigas
Salary: PHP 45, PHP 55,

The Qualifications We Seek
- 2+ years of proven work experience
- Minimum 6 months of Software industry experience
- Minimum 6 months of SDR or customer support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of CRM solutions, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Keen interest in technology and its role in the business world
- Openness to new initiatives and willingness to suggest improvements
- Understanding of structured sales processes and how they drive results
- Flexible and self-driven, able to follow directives and work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
Your Daily Tasks
- Qualify and develop leads across a range of inbound scenarios
- Manage sales calls and ensure all inquiries are answered promptly
- Respond professionally to website and email enquiries
- Maintain detailed notes and analyses for lead management
- Communicate solution knowledge and educate prospects
- Develop relationships with various prospect types across all markets
- Use tools such as CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and booking tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic alignment
- Commit to continuous learning in active listening, qualification, and product knowledge
- Consistently meet or exceed targets
- Act as a subject matter expert on the real estate sector using internal and external learning materials
