Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role located in Manila. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and address guest needs to guarantee exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining service quality, and implementing operational guidelines to uphold the hotel's standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations abilities
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
  • Experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in operations management, is highly preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in work hours
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
