The Mall Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the overall shopping experience. This role involves collaboration with retailers, event planning, and managing promotional activities to achieve sales targets and revenue deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. A masters degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or mall management. Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Creative problem solving skills, innovative, can think out of the box

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools

  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed for events
