About the role

Fourleaf Development Group Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Imus City, Cavite. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reporting. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other key accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial systems and processes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
