Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including system setup, data migration, testing, user training and success implementation.
  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Business One across core modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, develop functional specs, and create solution blueprints.
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, UAT support, and data migration.
  • Deliver user training and post–go-live functional support.
  • Customize or extend SAP B1 functionalities using standard tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Provide expert functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations.
  • Ensure proposed solutions support both current and future business requirements.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and process flows.
  • Stay up to date on SAP B1 enhancements and recommend system improvements.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reusable frameworks.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, IT or related course
  • 6 years of experience
  • Deep expertise in SAP Implementation
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Business One Module: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP and Production
  • Experience in production chain (Pharmaceutical)
  • Must not demonstrate job-hopping behavior
  • Must not be a current former employee of the hiring organization.
