Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing an SAP environment on a day-to-day basis, configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the environment, as well as scheduling and running the TMS.
• Provides technical support and high-level leadership for SAP systems. This typically includes establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements or upgrades, implementing processes for performance monitoring, and system configuration, design, and implementation.
• Implementation of the Technical components, Integration solutions in S/4 HANA
• Support ABAP systems for non-production and production environments
• Setup Cloud Connector, Load Balancer for SAP Cloud communication with On Premise ERP
• Perform operational support and Tier 3 troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution, and diagnosis.
• Administer, monitor, and support SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba specific components on ERP
• Design and develop user security and administration
• Lead, support, and manage consulting partner for S/4 HANA rollout, infrastructure migration to cloud and implementation activities.
• Perform SAP related OS tasks on different flavors of UNIX (SLES,RHEL)
• Support implementation of maintenance updates for support packages, kernel patches, apply SAP Notes, database patches, and technical configuration for new functionality.
• Perform system optimization and capacity analysis
• Applications and databases steady state support and administration
• Support Integration with external systems and interfaces – Ariba and other enterprise applications
• Establish IT Governance controls, monitor, manage SAP licenses and support SOX audit controls
• Work independently with IT infrastructure teams, functional analysts to define, develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the business needs
• Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
• Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of project goals

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of S/4 HANA end to end implementation and support experience
• Hands on experience on version upgrades, SPS updates and patch application for Add-Ons on S/4 HANA
• Knowledgeable in Brownfield, Greenfield, and Bluefield for SAP ERP
• Ability to use knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to support the design and deployment of global technology solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
