  • Position: Functional Lead for SAP Production Planning / Plant Maintenance (SAP PP/PM)
  • Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (mostly work from home)

Critical Work Responsibilities:
  • Provides primary production/operational support and system enhancements on SAP ECC, mainly for SAP PP functionalities.
  • Participates in project implementations (e.g., upgrade to S/4HANA, small or large-scale enhancement requests), providing expertise and recommending best practices in Production Planning (SAP PP) and Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
  • Facilitates requirements-gathering workshops/discussions and assesses, challenges, and documents business requirements.
  • Provides system solutions by identifying, validating, and interpreting business needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for designing, customizing, configuring, and testing PP modules, particularly for change requests and enhancement projects.
  • Develops program/functional specifications on ABAP-enabled reports or programs, ensuring thorough testing prior to UAT.
  • Provides application maintenance support by analyzing, investigating, and resolving end-user issues with permanent or workaround solutions.
  • Performs functional and integration testing to ensure changes meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing functionalities.
  • Prepares and maintains documentation such as functional specifications, business procedures, quick reference guides, and user manuals.
  • Develops company-specific training materials related to PP/PM and conducts classroom or virtual training sessions for end-users.
  • Prepares workflows to ensure projects are completed within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Proposes innovative solutions that deliver high value and impact to the organization.

Job Skills and Competencies Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle PP implementations and a background in both project and operational support environments.
  • Support experience with SAP QM is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of PP/PM-Master Data, MRP, Planning Strategies (MTS/MTO), Production Execution, Batch Management, Equipment Master, and Functional Locations.
  • In-depth understanding of BOM, Resource/Work Center, Recipe/Routing, Production Version, Goods Receipt/Issue, etc.
  • Knowledge of other SAP ERP functional modules (e.g., SD, MM, Logistics, WM) is required.
  • Exposure to PP Process Industries, PM + PLM + APO/IBP, and other system interfaces.
  • Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates ownership of tasks and delivers practical, effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change effectively.
