Facilities Supervisor

I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
Supervises maintenance personnel (auto-mechanic, electrical and plumber/mason). To establish control and records on all maintenance, repairs and improvements requirements. Participates in the coordination of administrative & clerical work in an office. Keeps the Admin Manager informed of personnel actions and vehicle/equipment/facilities maintenance needs.
II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans and organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, conducts inspections and supervises daily activities and performances of maintenance personnel's work.
- Assigns work, provides direction to maintenance personnel (e.g. electrician, mason/plumber and auto-mechanic) and ensures those assigned jobs are accomplished productively
- Ensures that all job request & service request being done on time, complete and make necessary actions and specific solutions.
- Maintains records of work done for reference and proper documentation
- Prepares and implements annual budget, project improvements and secures estimates and best cost quotes as needed
- Oversee inventory and consumption of supplies such as motor pool supplies and re-ordering on time
- Preserves the facility running efficiently and improves conditions by overseeing both personnel and equipment
- Keeps watch over vehicle maintenance and repair of facility equipment specifically but not limited to, delivery and/or forklift trucks to ensure its optimal use.
- Coordinates the job or service request to in-house maintenance personnel and immediate action to call the attention of supplier for job out repair of the unit
- Monitors attendance & punctuality of subordinates to avoid vacant position or area and assigns personnel to take over somebody's place to continue the admin work efficiency
- Orients and trains maintenance staff. Monitors the performance of maintenance personnel. Provides feedbacks on their performance and conducts performance evaluation towards their works.
- Performs other related duties as required by Administration Manager.
III. JOB SPECIFICATION, COMPETENCIES AND PROFILE
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Business Management or any related course.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Supervisory position, People Management.
- Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Building & Facilities)
- Ability to delegate work transaction and with decision making skills.
