Job Summary

Delivers the signature Wine Story luxury experience through undeniable, superb client

service as seen in their wine service or their presentation and sales of wine. Acts as an

apprentice of a Private Client Executive and undergo continuous on-the-job training and

participate wine trainings facilitated by Wine Story Academy either as an attendee or as a

wine assistant of the facilitator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

A. Broaden and deepen wine knowledge through regular wine tastings/trainings

B. Master key areas of sales process from prospecting to engaging customers, to closing

sales transaction, and after-sales service

C. WS Ambassador: Promote wine knowledge and build a strong customer base with

lasting client relations

D. Execute commercial strategy approved by the management

E. Achieve sales targets based on performance measure and contribute to the store's

profitability

F. Carry-out assigned tasks to prepare the store for operations and manage the

functionality of all equipment

G. Consistently performs and adheres to all specified policies and SOPs by the

management (ie. Cashiering policies, Store operations, inventory & merchandising,

submission of reports)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university

Proficient in basic business software applications

Relevant product and industry knowledge (F&B industry)

Highly interested in wine (appreciates wine)

Must have wine knowledge of all major wine-producing regions of the world; ability

to clearly convey information and ideas; strong presentation and speaking ability;

strong interpersonal skills and training skills required

Highly strategic, comfortable working with numbers and doing business analytics.

Possesses an entrepreneurial drive.

Curiosity and Creativity to innovate for brand development and growth

Is a team player and has interpersonal skills
